00:13Yeah, absolutely. The situation in the West Bank has been worsening since October 2023.
00:19And in fact, even prior to October 2023 was the most violent year for the Palestinians
00:25since the second intifada. The most, more Palestinians were killed in the first nine
00:29months of 2023 than in any previous year since the second intifada. And since October, obviously
00:36October the 7th, 2023 and everything since then, it's only got much worse for Palestinians
00:41in the West Bank.
