00:00Mr. Speaker, I rise today to call out the cowards who think they can prey on women and
00:07get away with it.
00:08Today, I'm going scorched earth.
00:13So let the bridges I burn this evening light our way forward.
00:18We must never tolerate abusers masquerading as men of character.
00:24Abuse doesn't discriminate.
00:26Abuse doesn't care if you are Republican or if you're a Democrat.
00:33Abuse doesn't care who you are or where you come from or how strong you are or what title
00:41you hold.
00:43I'm living proof that even as a member of Congress, I found myself face to face with
00:50the darkest corners of humanity.
00:55In November 2023, I accidentally uncovered some of the most heinous crimes against women
01:02imaginable.
01:05We're talking about rape, non-consensual photos, non-consensual videos of women and underage
01:14girls and the premeditated, calculated exploitation of women and girls in my district.
01:24Today, you will hear about the depraved men behind these gutless and evil acts.
01:29These men didn't just harm their victims, they recorded their depravity as if it were
01:35a badge of honor.
01:40When I uncovered evidence of rape and the illegal filming of women and sex trafficking,
01:48I didn't just see victims.
01:51I saw a system that failed to protect them.
01:57I saw criminals who thought they could get away with it because no one had the guts,
02:04no one had the courage, no one had the bravery to hold them accountable because we are filled
02:13with cowards.
02:15I will burn this system to the ground if I have to.
