00:00Well, it was a fantastic moment, great atmosphere and I think very positive in the mind way.
00:13Very nice to start the day like this and I think you always have to try to find your
00:20balance in life and for me it was a pleasure to participate in this great event.
00:30Well in the sports way, I think it's very important because it teaches you and helps
00:35you to stretch and makes you find your balance and I think it's the most important in life
00:48if you have your balance in all circumstances and for the football player it's important
00:55like I said, stretching and to help you to concentrate in what you have to do.
01:01Is it any different from the way you work out in football?
01:04Yeah, totally, but what I said before that until you don't start to do yoga you don't
01:11know what is the real stretch because we used to stretch in one way and sometimes
01:18you don't give so much importance when you finish your practice or your exercise to how
01:25it's important to stretch for the muscles.
01:28What is your best career moment?
01:32Very difficult in 20 years, but in terms of team, I think it was when I got to the Champions
01:41League and the individual, the Golden Ball.
01:45And who is the best player you played against?
01:51Against the chance to play against big names like Roberto Carlos, Maldini, Liza Razo, I
02:03think they were great players.
02:05And with Zidane, Ronaldo, Beckham, Raul, a lot.
02:13So when you played with Zidane, Beckham and Ronaldo, how was it to not think about individual
02:20play and how was it to play as a team?
02:23Well, I think in this level everyone knows his place and everyone knows what is important
02:30to play for the team and these responsibilities, so the atmosphere was really nice between
02:38us, so that allowed us to win a lot of titles and have a good team.
02:44And after playing for a team like Real Madrid, how was it to play for Portugal?
02:49Was it any different in the way you played?
02:51Well, it's different because it's your country, you defend the colours of your country, behind
02:58of you is a lot of people, it's a united country.
03:04So I was really proud any time that I had to play for my country, so for me it was a
03:13unique moment.
03:15You're one of the very few players who played for Barcelona and two Spanish giants basically,
03:21how were the two different?
03:24Well, I think you know that normally the difference is how the people manage the clubs, because
03:31they are big clubs around the world, they have a lot of prestige and they always play for win.
03:37Will we get to see Figo the coach?
03:40Not really soon.
03:42You also visited Pakistan recently, are you trying to promote this kind of football?
03:47Yes, we were there to promote football legends, a game that we're going to make in April,
03:56so for sure we will be back in April to play two games in two different cities.
04:03Thank you so much for talking to us.
04:04Pleasure.
