00:00Elon Musk has a complicated and extensive family tree.

00:04The tech mogul has 12 children with three different women.

00:07He's an advocate of big families and worries about declining fertility rates.

00:11He's apparently even gone so far as to offer his sperm to his friends.

00:15So who are Musk's 12 kids?

00:18First is Nevada Alexander Musk,

00:20Elon's first child with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson.

00:25Sadly, Nevada died at 10 weeks old from sudden infant death syndrome in 2002.

00:31Next up are Griffin Musk and Vivian Jenner Wilson.

00:34Justine gave birth to twins in 2004 after undergoing IVF.

00:38Vivian came out as transgender and in 2022

00:41requested to have her last name changed from her father's to her mother's.

00:45The reason she cited was she no longer wished to be related to

00:48her biological father in any way, shape or form.

00:51The couple then went on to have triplets, Kai, Saxon and Damien in 2006.

00:56Two years after this, the pair got divorced,

00:58with Justine calling the relationship unhealthy.

01:01In 2018, Musk started dating singer Grimes.

01:04This came after marrying and divorcing British actress Tallulah Riley twice

01:09and having a short relationship with Amber Heard.

01:11Grimes gave birth to a baby boy in 2020,

01:14who has a slightly unusual name to say the least.

01:18I mean, it's just X, the letter X.

01:22And then the A-E is pronounced Ash.

01:28Yeah, and then A-12 is my contribution.

01:39Apparently, he's just called X for short.

01:41In December 2021, the couple had a baby via surrogate called

01:45Exa Dark Sidereal Musk, or Y for short,

01:48and another in 2022 named Technomechanicus.

01:52During this time, the pair's relationship was fluid,

01:55but eventually they broke up.

01:56One month before X's birth, Musk had twins,

01:59Strider and Azure, with Neuralink colleague Siobhan Gillis.

02:03The couple are believed to still be together

02:05and apparently had another child together last year,

02:07but its name and sex have not been revealed.
