00:40The Health and Social Care Secretary, Wes Streeting, said that patients and staff are
00:44facing unacceptable conditions in hospitals up and down the country this winter.
00:49He added that it will take time to fix the NHS, but with investment in proper reform,
00:54we can make our health service fit for the future and make sure that annual winter pressures
00:59do not automatically lead to an annual winter crisis.
