00:08Starting July 1st, new drivers of all ages in the UAE will get a two-year driving license,
00:13according to new traffic rules issued by Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy
00:18Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
00:21Driving licenses will subsequently be issued for 10 years for Emiratis, while expatriates
00:25will be entitled to issue and renew their licenses for five years.
00:29The new rules will not affect existing driving licenses.
00:32However, once existing driving licenses expire, they will be renewed for five years in case
00:38of expatriates and 10 years for UAE nationals.
00:41US Vice President Mike Pence warned North Korea today not to test President Donald Trump's
00:47resolve.
00:48Pence said all options are on the table in curbing North Korea's missile and nuclear
