00:12Dubai Police have developed a monitoring drone to put an end to disturbances at sporting
00:16events held at big stadiums.
00:18The drone was designed and successfully tested by police, according to Major General Mohammed
00:23Eid Al Mansouri of Dubai Police.
00:25The drones can stay in the air for an hour, taking images while simultaneously transmitting
00:29their feed to the Dubai Police Operations Room.
00:33Ministers and senior government officials in the UAE will begin conducting regular media
00:37briefings to explain policies and comment on issues related to their institutions.
00:42The move, the first of its kind in the region, was ordered by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed
00:46bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,
00:51to enhance transparency and secure the flow of information.
00:55Angelina Jolie revealed today she has undergone a preventive double mastectomy to reduce her
01:00risk of contracting breast cancer.
01:02Jolie, whose mother died of cancer at 56, said she was speaking out to encourage other
01:07women with a family history of the disease.
01:10The 37-year-old American actress said she had chosen the procedure because she carries
01:15a faulty gene that increases her risk of both breast and ovarian cancer.
01:20Panic has gripped Saudis in the country's east, where most cases of the deadly coronavirus
01:25have been detected as the government confirmed four new cases of the virus.
01:29Scores of people have reported to the emergency services at hospitals in the city of Al-Ahsa
01:34in the eastern province after showing the slightest signs of fever.
01:39The death toll from the virus in the kingdom now stands at 15.
