00:00A river in Baco, Oriental, Mindoro is already at a critical level because of the strong rain brought by the shear line and the strong wind yesterday.

00:08In Aborlan, Palawan, a child was rescued after being hit by a flood.

00:14Here is the first news.

00:20In the middle of the night, a child passenger of a van was rescued in Barangay Isaub in Aborlan, Palawan last night.

00:26According to the rescuers, the van was flooded while crossing the highway.

00:31Because it was so dark, it is not yet known how many people were in the van.

00:35In Barangay Plaridel, some babies and calves were drowned in the river, according to Super Radio Palawan.

00:42This is the area that has a garden.

00:44In other places in Aborlan, some crops were washed away by the river.

00:48According to their Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, more than 1,000 residents were evacuated to evacuation centers.

00:55In the town of Nara, almost 100 residents were evacuated because of the flood.

01:02In Barangay San Manuel in Puerto Princesa, it was difficult to evacuate because of the deep flood.

01:07Soldiers rushed to the river to help in the evacuation.

01:11Some children were put on the rescue boat of the Philippine Red Cross.

01:15In Barangay Siksikan, the residents used mud to evacuate.

01:19According to Puerto Princesa CDRMO, several barangays were flooded and residents continued to evacuate.

01:25According to Pag-asa, Shirline rained in Palawan yesterday.

01:30In Baco Oriental Mindoro, the Alag River was already at a critical level because of the heavy rains brought by Shirline and strong winds.

01:37Authorities continue to monitor this.

01:39According to MDRMO, there are also barangays where all kinds of vehicles cannot pass due to the deep flood.
