00:08According to the forecast, it will experience strong to severe rains in Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Northern and Eastern Samar.

00:19The forecast for Quezon Province will be moderate to heavy rains, Camarines Norte, Masbate, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Biliran, and Samar.

00:30Tomorrow, Quezon and Camarines Norte will experience heavy to intense rains.

00:37Moderate to heavy rains will fall in Bulacan and several parts of Southern Luzon.
