00:00Four people were injured in the crash of a private plane in Ampatuan, Maguindanao del Sur.

00:06According to some witnesses, the plane was smoking as it was in the air, and then it crashed.

00:11The impact caused the plane to break.

00:14No resident or house was damaged, but the face of a person who was hit was scratched.

00:20The reason for the crash of the plane is still unknown.

00:23In a statement, the U.S. Embassy confirmed that a U.S. military-contracted aircraft crashed.

00:30Two out of four passengers were Caucasians.

00:34Comelec is now requiring the candidates for the 2025 elections

00:38to include in their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures, or SOSE,

00:43those who endorsed their celebrities and online influencers.

00:47According to Comelec Chairman George Garcia,

00:49endorsement of a celebrity or influencer is free of charge.

00:53It will also be considered paid, so it must be included in the SOSE of the candidate.

00:59This is in line with the resolution they issued yesterday.

01:02Candidates' relatives are not included until 2nd Degree of Consanguinuity and Affinity,

01:11or parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.

01:16This is a way to ensure justice for those who do not use celebrities or influencers in their campaigns.
