00:54had options and that sort of gave me even more confidence that we were getting the right
01:01kind of mentality, the right kind of play, he's very ambitious, he's got a great deal
01:08of self-belief and self-confidence, he feels like he can reach the very top of the game
01:12and he's chosen us which is, I think, a great vindication for what we're doing.
