00:12Who will be impacted first?
00:14And what does it mean for global aid?
00:17Absolutely. Well, directly, already a number of the 10,000 people
00:22that work for USAID from the United States and then work as contractors globally
00:26have clearly been impacted by this very sudden action
00:30in which access to their offices went down.
00:33They were told to work from home on Monday.
00:35A lot of them being sent emails suggesting that they don't have future jobs
00:39and they're being offered resignations.
