I recently found this rare find and realised it had a similar music sentiment and actors from one of my favourite British Classics The Common Touch 1941, a film I usually watch back to back with Love On The Dole also 1941. I also came to realised that one of the writers: 'Barbara K Emary' worked on all three productions.

A group of very strange men, refugees and casualties of the war, rally round when one of their number is framed by a drug racketeer. Co-opting a well-known journalist to their cause, they scheme to bring the racketeer to justice in a home-made "trial" in the crypt of a ruined church.
Director: John Baxter
Writers: Herbert Ayres, Barbara K. Emary & Walter Meade
Stars: Hugh Sinclair, Helen Shingler & Abraham Sofaer
