00:00Some places in Casiguran, Aurora were hit by a heavy downpour on the first week of February.

00:06Because of the heavy downpour, houses and trees in the area are almost unable to survive.

00:11It is also not that clear in their farms, even during the day.

00:14The downpour lasted for almost two hours, starting at 6am until 8am in the morning.

00:21My fellow countrymen, prepare your umbrella because it is possible that it will rain in some places tomorrow.

00:27Based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather, it is possible that it will rain in Northern Luzon in the morning.

00:32Some parts of the Locos Region, Cordillera, Cagayan and Isabela will be included.
