00:09The PCG is challenging the China Coast Guard's ships
00:14in the Philippine Maritime Zones Act, UNCLOS, and the 2016 Arbitral Award.
00:20Because of this, the China Coast Guard was able to sail up to 90 nautical miles from Zambales.
00:27For a month, the China Coast Guard's ships have been swapping
