00:00We caught in Caloocan the sudden attack of a man on a woman who was just walking on the street.

00:06The suspect doesn't seem to be the target to take the bag or cell phone of the woman.

00:11Breaking news of Bea Pinlac, exclusive.

00:18This 22-year-old woman was walking in Barangay 152, Caloocan City around 7 p.m. this Monday.

00:25She even took out her cell phone.

00:28Later, she was suddenly attacked by a man wearing a blue T-shirt.

00:34It seemed that the man was forcing the woman to wear a high-waisted T-shirt.

00:38The victim was fighting until the woman fell down on the street.

00:43Her bag and cell phone were also dropped.

00:46The man didn't seem to be happy.

00:49The woman was beaten and continued to be attacked

00:53Until the man who was wearing a red T-shirt, an off-duty barangay officer, stabbed her.

00:58I thought it was my wife because I don't know the man and the woman.

01:02I thought it was just us.

01:04I thought I was the one who took the bag.

01:07When I went to get the bag, she didn't take it.

01:09When I saw her, she took it and then she came closer.

01:13That's when I approached her.

01:14When I approached her, I grabbed her.

01:16The woman was still standing and she immediately took her cell phone and bag before running away.

01:21The victim also went to the barangay and police station to file a complaint.

01:25The suspect tried to chase the man, but he was able to escape.

01:30Based on the CCTV footage and statement of the witnesses and the statement of our victim,

01:37he was forced to destroy his clothes until he fell down.

01:44When he fell down, he resisted and the suspect wanted to molest him.

01:51The suspect and the victim will not be identified based on the investigation of the police.

01:55It's random. That's why it bothers us.

01:58That's why we are asking our countrymen to be aware of all the places that they will go.

02:06We are still trying to find out the motive of the suspect and why he did that to our victim.

02:13According to the police, the suspect who was trying to escape is now proven guilty.

02:18It is possible that the suspect is facing complaints of acts of lasciviousness, physical injuries and sexual harassment,

02:24which is being pursued by the police as of now.
