00:00Just in case, for whatever reason, you might be watching this in months time, so January 2025.
00:05Yes, in January 2025. So there hadn't been a decision at all made on what was going to happen,
00:09whether it was going to be an expanded St James's Park, which I think is the absolute least likely
00:13of all of the suggestions, and more likely probably some kind of new complex akin with
00:21some of the best stadia that you see in Europe. However, that was said to me it would be
00:29probably 18 months down the line that we're talking about anything tangible really happening.
00:34Now what that means, does that mean spades in the ground? I probably still doubt that,
00:39although there are very ambitious owners, I very much doubt that would be spades in the ground,
00:42because I think the locations that we know they're looking at, they're widely reported,
00:46bring with them lots of organisational challenges, some red tape, things like that. Planning is
00:52needed, there will be objections, there will be problems. So 18 months might be a case of getting
00:57to the point where it's definitively set down on what is going to happen, but that was the date I was given.
