00:09Now it's clearly the case that every president since the Iranians have started the nuclear
00:15programs have been very declarative that Iran will not have a nuclear weapon.
00:20It becomes a greater threat to the region, and even more so, it would start a nuclear
00:25arms race in the region that could very well spin out of control.
00:30So the policy of the United States remains that Iran should not have a nuclear weapon
00:37in their hands and will take the necessary action to prevent that.
