As Snyder revealed during a set visit with Screen Rant, he also pitched Rebel Moon as both a video game and a movie to Warner Bros. on several occasions. At one point, it was even in development as a TV series before ultimately becoming a Netflix film.
The long history of Rebel Moon and Snyder's relentless efforts to bring it to life show how many elements need to align for a franchise to take shape.
