00:00The mock elections of the Commission on Elections were successful in different parts of the country this weekend.
00:08This is in Taguig-Pateros, Makati, Mountain Province, Rizal, Eastern Samar, Surigao del Norte, Sulu, and Special Geographic Area.
00:18Aside from the comic, election watchdogs, political parties, and coalition of political parties also participated.
00:27During the mock elections, the end-to-end voting process was tested,
00:32where voters were actual registered voters from the clustered precincts based on Section 9 of RA No. 9369,
00:43which amended Section 11 of RA No. 8436.
00:48The success of the mock elections is one of the requirements for the issuance of the Certificate by the Technical Evaluation Committee.
00:56Aside from the mock elections, the ComElec also held a voter's education and automated counting machine demonstration
01:03for four-piece beneficiaries in Davao City and students at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Santa Mesa, Manila.
