00:00Between the old and the new case, the two brothers were at least on bond, right?
00:05So have police completed the directive to the NGC already?
00:09Almost completed. We are waiting for the medical report, post-mortem and also the CCTV report, forensic report.
00:18We have sent some CCTV footage to the Forensic Department.
00:24We are waiting for the forensic report and also the post-mortem report from the hospital.
00:29Before we refer back the medical report to the DPP.
00:35There was a claim of overdose, right? Was there any evidence of overdose from the criminally post-mortem report?
00:42The analysis sample from the victim, the deceased, had a drug residue.
00:53MDMA as well. MDMA is a kind of STC.
00:57So we need the medical report to state whether the dose found in the body can cause him to die or there is another reason for his death.
01:09So we can feel that there is a residue in his body, but we can't say that is the cause of his death.
01:17So the police are still investigating to gather more evidence to confirm the cause of his death.
01:24Okay? Alright.
01:25In addition, many people feel that the three suspects have been released, even though they are considered as witnesses.
01:35This is a process of investigation and also a process of prosecution.
01:41So there are cases that the police can solve or can gather enough evidence to be accused.
01:53There are cases that the police need time, meaning they can't complete the investigation in a short period of time.
01:59So when the investigation is about to end, the maximum time we can hold someone is 14 days.
02:06When there is an explanation that can't be gathered in that time, we can't hold any individuals more than that time.
02:14So we have to give them a guarantee.
02:16Even though we give them a guarantee, it doesn't mean they won't be accused.
02:20So, as I explained earlier, we are still waiting for two things, the forensic report and the post-mortem report.
02:29So once we get these two reports, we will refer them back to the DPP with a charge of accusation.
02:37So if the DPP gets enough evidence to be accused, they will give an order to accuse, and then we will accuse.
02:46So that's a process.
02:48So people need to understand the process.
02:50It's not like we can just arrest someone and then accuse them right away.
02:54So there will be a process of prosecution, a process of court, and that is part of the process.
03:03So there are cases that we can accuse in a short period of time, and there are cases that we need time.
