00:00Processing of documents in the PSA will be made easier under the National ID Integrated System that was launched today.

00:21Nayomi, the ceremonial signing and launching of the National ID Integrated System was conducted

00:26by the Philippine Statistics Authority and the official online services partner of the Philippines,

00:32Teleserve, where the PSA helpline is included in the services of the National ID.

00:41The goal of the PSA's Integrated Services is to make the process of documents from the PSA easier.

00:48Using the PSA helpline, you can request an online birth certificate,

00:53marriage certificate, certificate of no marriage or senomar,

00:57and death certificate that do not need to be booked online in the PSA.

01:02The Philippines assured Teleserve the data privacy of the requester and the document.

01:07We verify their personality.

01:09Because if you remember, when you register for a national ID, we capture your photo,

01:14they capture your photo, iris, other facial biometric.

01:21And that's what we use to validate.

01:24The requested documents can be received within 3 days.

01:28According to the PSA, the requester can authorize a person to receive the documents with him at home.

02:25they can access the e-Phil ID online and print it at the PhilCS Registration Center.
