00:00Let me finish the Ben Johnson portion of his introductory with you.
00:05Here he is talking about his newest quarterback, Caleb Williams,
00:09and, of course, a big reason why he wanted to come to Chicago.
00:13There is no doubt Caleb played a large component into my decision.
00:18He is a phenomenal talent that had, as many quarterbacks do, an up-and-down rookie year.
00:28Where I see my role is as a supporter of him.
00:33This offense will be calibrated with him in mind.
00:37We're going to build this thing.
00:39This is not simply a dropping of a previous playbook down on the table and starting there.
00:43No, we're ripping this thing down to the studs,
00:45and we're going to build it up with him first and foremost and then with the pieces around him next.
00:51I really look forward to challenging him.
00:55Well, the problem they have is that they're not loaded like the Lions were.
01:01They have Caleb Williams, who spent the entire season on his ass.
01:06So he got hit a lot.
01:08They need a better offensive line, and they need some receivers.
01:13I don't deny Keenan Allen can play, but he's always injured.
01:16So I think that they're not looking at the Detroit Lions.
01:20In fact, the Lions and the Vikings and Packers are all better than the Bears.
01:26This guy is picking it up from the ground up, believe me.
01:30He said it best, pulling up the studs.
01:33They are the worst team in the division, hands down.
