00:42libel and intentional infliction of emotional distress through defamatory claims made against

00:48Further, he claimed that the evidence provided by them is completely false.
00:54Talking about the documentary that was released last year, the story explores accusations
00:58of domestic violence and assault against Brown.

01:07allegedly s*****g her at Sean Combs' Miami Beach-based yacht.
01:11Reacting upon the same, Brown's legal team mentioned that the then-accuser Jane Doe's
01:16sayings were fabricated and Warner Bros producers should have known about it before using them.
01:22Brown states that he informed the producers of the documentary about the inaccuracies
01:27in them, but they still did not implement any changes before airing it.
01:31Their actions exhibit actual malice as they prioritized profit over facts, ignoring publicly
01:37available court records and other credible evidences.
