00:00Hi, I'm Adam Morsky-Brown, co-owner of Bar Mojitos Burnley. I own it with my wife, Brooklyn
00:06Morsky-Brown, and Mr. Dennis Berry, my business partner. So, Mojitos has been open now for
00:1213 years. I took over in 2018 with my wife. It's a community-led pub. We do a lot for
00:20our community, including opening on Christmas Day, so nobody feels alone. We offer a wide
00:25range of drinks, from a Jagerbomb to a high-class bottle of champagne. We cater to everybody.
00:32We do a lot of events and do a lot of sport, horse racing, football in particular. We have
00:41live bands. We have live acts. It's a fun place to come, although it has its challenges
00:49as an owner, as a worker. Being open every single day of the year obviously has its
00:56problems with small children at home and family life, but it's very rewarding. We get to meet
01:02new faces every day. We welcome everybody from all ages. We are a family pub during
01:09the day up until 7pm, where children and dogs, we prefer dogs than people, but up until 7pm
01:17all under-18s have to go and it becomes a disco atmosphere. Come and see us. You won't
01:24be disappointed. There's something for everybody and always a friendly welcome here at Mojitos.
