00:00I would like to give you some advice on health issues.
00:04The government has launched a special campaign to strengthen the primary health services in the state.
00:13The primary health centres, sub-centres and PHCs are not being provided with the necessary facilities.
00:22There are two reasons for this.
00:25First of all, the number of unnecessary patients is increasing in our district hospitals and medical colleges.
00:33Secondly, people are relying on private health providers to cover their out-of-pocket expenditure.
00:44This is my first suggestion.
00:46My second suggestion is to increase the accountability of health providers.
00:51There is a lot of news that the health centres are not being provided with the necessary facilities.
00:59To address this issue, the government has launched a dedicated grievance redressal mechanism.
01:06When patients do not get health services, health providers or hospitals are not available,
01:13they can complain to the government through this grievance redressal mechanism.
01:18My third suggestion is that Rajasthan should be the first state to have a law on health.
01:29It has been two years since the law was introduced, but the government has not implemented it yet.
01:33The government should implement the law as soon as possible.
01:37The health budget should be increased.
01:39We are spending 8% of the total budget on health.
01:44But our expenditure on health is still 1.2%.
01:51The government should spend 2.5% on health.
01:58A lot of good things have happened.
02:02The first issue that we are facing is cybercrimes related to online safety.
02:13Our suggestion is that children should be protected.
02:19There should be a mandatory awareness program for teachers.
02:25The teachers should be able to protect their children from such crimes.
02:34They should be able to motivate them and give them the right guidance.
02:39This is our first recommendation.
02:42Secondly, we want to change the digital education system.
02:47A lot of schools have been set up by the government,
02:52and a lot of corporates have set up digital classes.
02:57We have provided the facilities there.
03:00But the teachers should be able to use the facilities.
03:10Our suggestion to the government is to increase the budget.
03:14All the funds that have been given to the government for the past three years,
03:18are being wasted.
03:20It is very important to save the youth from drugs.
03:26If they are not saved, then everything is useless.
03:29To save the youth, we need an awareness program.
03:34In Rajasthan, from Danganagar to Kota, from Bhilwada to Alwar to Ajmer,
03:41drugs have spread everywhere.
03:43The youth are being destroyed.
03:45You can't even imagine.
03:47We have children who are 15-16 years old.
03:49There are no facilities in the state to treat them.
03:52There are women patients who come to us.
03:54But there is no hospital or drug treatment center for women.
04:02We will meet the CM and try to give him suggestions to increase the budget.
