00:00Since last night, lane closures will be implemented in Balintawak-Cloverleaf and Balintawak-Tol Plaza
00:07for the construction of a roadway lighting that is 200 meters long.
00:12Lane 1 or leftmost lane of the northbound and southbound lanes in the Balintawak area is affected.
