00:00Police Colonel Hector Grijaldo was jailed by the House Quad Committee in Kansas City Police District Station 6.

00:07This was followed by the contempt of Quadcom by Grijaldo because he didn't want to answer if he was forced to confirm that there is a reward system for war on drugs by the Duterte administration.

00:20In the hearing of the Senate Blue Ribbon Subcommittee on October 20, 2024, Grijaldo said that the Quadcom Co-Chairman Dan Fernandez and Benny Avanti ordered him to do so.

00:33This was previously denied by two congressmen.

00:36Since December 14, Grijaldo has been detained in the House of Commons because of his non-answering of the Quadcom hearings.

00:44Former Bureau of Customs Commissioner Nicanor Fildon and Isidro Lapeña also confirmed that there is a reward system for war on drugs during their time.

00:54They tried to stop it.

00:56This is the reason why the Bureau of Customs asked the BOC to speed up the process and the imported shipments were not inspected.

01:04But BOC Legal Service Director Tristan Langkai, who has been in the agency for a long time, said he doesn't know anything about it.

01:12Former Customs Intelligence Officer Jimmy Guban, along with those involved in the TARA system, are the shabu shipments.

01:20It is clear that the BOC has control over the Duterte administration and not the Customs Commissioners.

01:27The former president has no say in this.

01:30Next, the BOC Commissioner, Pian Benito Rubio, will be called by the Quadcom for an investigation into the TARA system.
