00:48and the two-wheeler that has been designed today, there is only one place to keep the helmet
00:55and where to keep the other helmet has become a big problem.

01:02That is, if someone is going to take someone, if someone is coming to take someone, then
01:06for that, where to bring the other helmet, how to keep it, this is a big question that
01:10has been created.
01:11So, this question that has been created should be done something.
01:14So, from that, I got an idea that we should do something on this.
01:17This is a social question and on social questions, students should always do research.
01:21So, I took one of my students, a student of MSc Physics, his name is Aditi Deshmukh
01:28and I told her that we should do something on this.
01:31Then we thought that we will make such a helmet that one helmet is placed in the trunk of
01:36the car, the helmet should be placed next to it, but there is less space.
01:40So, we came up with the concept of a folding helmet and we designed it like this.
01:49So, we got an idea of a helmet and made a design like this.
01:56In this, we divided the total part of the helmet into 10 parts.
02:02And on both the parts, as we do spiral banding on the file, the spiral rings are there,
02:08using high strength metal rings, we have made 10 such rings and if we do it one on one,
02:14it gets folded and after folding, we can keep it in a small place in the car or in a small
02:20bag.
02:21There is no need for extra space.
02:24But for this, the material that we are going to use, which is now a normal helmet, that
02:28will be the material.
02:29The spiral ring will also be of high strength material and there will be a belt at the bottom
02:35and because it is a spiral spring, the air will not get hot from it and the inner part
02:41will be covered with rubber and thermocol.
02:44So, the vehicle will not have any kind of trouble while driving and it will be very safe.
02:52So, we came up with this idea and from that, we made this design.
02:56We had put a patent on this design.
02:58It has got international patent on this design.
03:01This is a very good thing for us and now we are trying to make a real helmet out of it.
03:08This helmet will come to the market very soon and we will try to provide a helmet for the
03:14customer in a good way.
03:16And through this design, we patented it and we have got the patent now.
03:22After the patent, we will make it.
03:25How long will it take to make this helmet?
03:27Sir, it will take 1 to 1.5 months to make this helmet but it will be available in the market.
03:32What will be the price of this helmet compared to other helmets?
03:38Sir, there won't be much difference because the material will be the same.
03:42Only the rings will require additional cost and the material will be the same.
03:49This helmet can be worn by a person sitting in the front or a person sitting in the back.
03:53It will be common for everyone.
