01:00I got a subsidy of Rs. 10 Lakhs under the Custom Hiring scheme.

01:04I purchased 35 Lakh crops in that subsidy.

01:09The aim of that scheme was that all the crops could not be available to small farmers in the villages.

01:14The government gave small farmers this scheme so that they could work in their own fields and earn their own money.

01:24I have more than 1.5 crores of big machines in the custom hiring centre,

01:31such as high-vestor, combine, extra reaper, rotavator, plough, spray pump,

01:37and many other small agricultural machines.

01:41I have three big vehicles.

01:43I work with around 700-800 farmers from all over the village,

01:48from planting to harvesting to delivering to their homes.

01:54All the farmers around me are satisfied.

01:57We are providing them with all the equipment they need.

02:00In addition, other youth from 8-10 villages are also getting employment

02:04at my custom hiring centre,

02:06who work in the field of driving machines and tractors.

02:09People from Punjab are also getting employment.

02:13All small farmers are getting all kinds of agricultural machines.
