00:00Eternizo, finally you have filed your counter affidavit here at the Fiscal's office, so any words that you want to say for the complainant, Ms. Salud Bautista?

00:17So I think we'll see each other very very soon because we do have two additional settings for the filing of the reply and the rejoinder.

00:26So there we will see her reply to our counter affidavit and I know that everything will fall in the right place and justice will be served.

00:37So let's just do this the right way, just do this in accordance with what is provided under the rules of procedure and trust that justice will really prevail.

00:49How do you feel Ms. Tessa, knowing that your ex-girlfriend, based on the affidavits, may be deception involved and would you say that you got dragged into this?

01:04Like I said, we are not already together for a year and I miss no regret. I wanted everything to be finished, water under the bridge, don't bother me anymore, I'm in another relationship already so I'm okay.

01:19But then you drag me back into all that, so now it's me defending myself. So what I want to do is like, I'm back here where justice is going to be served because I was in all that mess and I was dragged into it, wrongly and falsely.

01:41So here's me and of course I need to be backed up by the law. I'm really just here to make sure that this is something for my reputation, for my family's name and really I have never been ever dragged into something like this.

02:03So it's like my credibility is on the line and it's like I've been falsely accused of convincing whatever and that's so wrong. So I'm here just to make sure that I stand my ground legally and what is right and what has been the truth actually.

02:23If there's anything that you have learned or still learning because of this legal battle, what is it Ms. Tessa?

02:30Love wins, that's all I can say. At the end of the day, love wins.
