00:00To stay fit and healthy is the goal of Juan Chutribillo and Joy Spring this 2025.
00:10Here are the latest news, Mare and Pare.
00:15It's already the fourth kilometer.
00:18Running, traveling, and of course, being hands-on parents to their two kids.
00:25These are just a few of Juan Chutribillo and Joy Spring's favorite bonding.
00:31Last year, they started their fitness journey as a couple.
00:36According to Juan Choice, discipline and consistency is key.
00:41We wake up earlier.
00:43We sometimes wake up at 2 in the morning to make our runs.
00:47So that before the kids wake up, we're already there.
00:50But of course, we're very blessed because we have a family that supports also.
00:55So we're very grateful for that.
00:56Discipline, planning, you have to be smart with it also.
01:02Their diet is also healthy and nutritious.
01:06It's also a big help that they have an accountability partner in each other
01:11to motivate each other.
01:14Because they're together in runs and marathons,
01:17their marriage also became stronger.
01:21And their being healthy is not only for themselves,
01:26but also for their biggest inspirations.
01:30We need to have energy for our kids.
01:34Especially now that we're getting older, right?
01:37My goal is to be able to play basketball.
01:40And 10-15 years down the road,
01:42the small decisions that we're making will make a big impact later.
01:47What is your real reason for getting healthy?
01:49Of course, it's good if you want to be fit,
01:52if you want to be aesthetic.
01:53But at the end of the day,
01:54sometimes that's not what wakes you up at 2 in the morning, right?
01:57It's really knowing that you're doing it for your loved ones,
02:00you're doing it for your family.
02:02Aside from Healthier 2025,
02:04their goals this year include moving to their new home.
02:11There's a lot of blessings that we are experiencing
02:15and of course, we only have God to thank for that.
02:18Healthy balance of work,
02:19healthy balance of our spiritual life,
02:22our family life,
02:23and of course, our exercises.
02:26Those are our priorities.
