00:20The cyclists, brigadier and their cadets are reaching all the places related to the 1857
00:26war.
00:27This cycle journey has been named.
00:29From summer to prosperity.
00:31This rally started from Meerut, cycle journey from Muradabad, Hardoi, Bareilly, Awadh i.e.
00:36Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Allahabad, Kanpur, Jhansi to Gwalior has reached.
00:41From here to Agra, Mathura, will go to Delhi, during this cycle journey, the cycle rally
00:47will reach all the important places which were the main battlefield of 1857.
00:52Senior Under Officer Tanya says that through this yatra, we are conveying a message to
00:57the world that we have forgotten the sacrifice of our ancestors, but we do not need to remember
01:02that war.
01:03We should remember the sacrifice, stay united, forget the discrimination on the basis of
01:08caste, religion, because the price paid for freedom in history is much higher than this.
01:13Our rally is organized by the directorate of Uttar Pradesh NIT, which is a total of 2,025
01:21km rally, which we are completing in 18 days.
01:24During our rally, we are covering a distance of 113 km in a day.
01:29This rally was flagged off from Meerut on January 1, 2025.
01:33After being flagged off from Meerut, we are touching the flashpoints of 1857, such as
01:38Meerut, Muradabad, Hardoi, Bareilly, Prayagraj, Varanasi, we have just reached Gwalior.
01:46After Gwalior, we will go from Agra, Mathura to Delhi.
01:50During this rally, we are conveying a message to the world that we have forgotten the price
01:55paid for freedom of our ancestors, but we do not need to remember that war.
02:00We should remember the sacrifice of our ancestors, stay united, forget the discrimination on
02:05the basis of caste, religion, because the price paid for freedom in history is much higher
02:10than this.
02:11The people of all religions, all castes, all religions, united and fought.
02:15They took part in the uprising and they are behind the freedom of India.
02:22We will meet our Prime Minister and not everyone gets this opportunity.
02:26So, the 14-15 members of the party consider themselves fortunate that we will get this
02:30opportunity.
02:31Brigadier Narendra Charak, who is leading the cycle journey, says that the journey started
02:34from Meerut, will end in NCC's PM rally, which was held on January 27, 2025, at the
02:40time of NCC's PM rally, where the country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will
02:44flag this rally.
02:45Brigadier Narendra Charak says that it has only been 175 years now and we are forgetting
02:50the sacrifice of the lives of our ancestors in the 1857 war.
02:54Because it is unfortunate that we do not remember all our sacrifices associated with the 1857
02:59revolution.
03:00Because in reality, we only know this revolution as the revolt of the soldiers of freedom,
03:06whereas at that time, about 8 lakh people in the country had sacrificed themselves.
03:10Brigadier Charak said that this is the third rally with which they are moving forward.
03:14Before this, they have done a rally from Kanyakumari to Delhi.
03:18That rally was of 3666 km.
03:20It was a cycle rally in which there were only 14 girls' gazettes.
03:24It was named the Abhidya Safar of Women's Power.
03:28And now when they have taken this third rally, it will also cover a distance of 2025 km.
03:34I am the captain of this cycle rally called Samar Se Samriddhi Ki Aur.
03:38We started this rally on 1 January from Meerut.
03:42And after that, we will travel a total distance of 2025 km while touching all the important
03:48cities associated with the 1857 revolution.
03:53We will cycle for 18 days and on average, we cover a distance of 113-114 km every day.
04:01And after covering this distance, on 27 January, there will be an NCC PM's rally in Republic Day functions.
04:09In that, we will be flagged by the Prime Minister.
04:13There are 15 members of our party, 5 girls and 9 boys.
04:20As far as its purpose is concerned, it has been only 175 years since 1857.
04:28And we have forgotten all our ancestors who sacrificed their lives for it.
04:36In fact, we do not even remember all our elders associated with the 1857 revolution.
04:46We know it as the rebellion of the soldiers.
04:50But the reality is that at that time, about 8 lakh people had sacrificed their lives.
04:56And if I look at the percentage of the Indian population,
05:00then that 8 lakh will be equal to about 1.4 crore today.
05:05And I would also like to remind you that Uttar Pradesh, Bundelkhand and Rohelkhand
05:11were the only areas where this revolution took place.
05:14So that means that in this entire area, if 1.4 crore people had sacrificed their lives,
05:20then it would have been equal to that.
05:22Now you can imagine how terrible that war must have been and how important those sacrifices must have been.
05:30This is my third rally.
05:32Actually, every year on the occasion of 26th January, I have been doing a rally on behalf of NCC.
05:37The last rally I did was from Kanyakumari to Delhi.
05:41It was a 3666 km rally.
05:44And the special thing about it was that there were only 14 girl cadets in it.
05:50And we called it the unparalleled journey of women's power.
05:54And before that, I did another rally, that was a motorcycle rally,
05:58that was from Dandi to Delhi.
06:00Look, you can all guess, physical hardship, weather, these are all things.
06:06But the biggest difficulty I faced was the mentality of my parents.
06:12And especially for the girls.
06:14The fathers and brothers of our girls are not ready to throw their daughters out of the house.
06:21The reality is that our girls are capable.
06:24If they are weak, then that is the mentality of our males.
