00:00The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development announced that they have reached the 100% resolution rate for the complaints
00:08that were sent to the 8888 Citizens Complaint Center of the Office of the President for 2024.
00:15According to the 8888, the 100% resolution and 98.55% compliance rate was achieved within 72 hours.
00:27From January 1st to December 31st, 2024, the DHSUD received 758 complaints
00:35and all of them were resolved except for 11 cases.
00:39DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar gave the orders to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
00:46to provide full support to the citizens.
00:49He also encouraged his colleagues to strive for the welfare of the poorest sectors of the society.
00:58The Secretariat also considered this success as a proof of the dedication of the Department
