LUKE LITTLER received an unexpected birthday cake nearly a week BEFORE his big day.

The teenage darts sensation, who won the 2024 BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year Award, will celebrate his 18th birthday on January 21.

But he was gifted a cake with his photo on it by a GIANT COW during a visit to Buffalo Wings & Rings in Bahrain with his loved ones earlier this week.

Littler looked stunned as 'Happy Birthday' played in the background and a person dressed in a cow suit walked towards him with the cake.

The edible cake topper had a picture of Littler celebrating his World Darts Championship victory.

Littler warmed up to the surprise after the music changed to 50 Cent's 'In Da Club', flashing a big cheeser of a smile.

And after a slight hesitation, he blew out the candle on the cake - much to the delight of his mum, Lisa, and his pals.

Littler's dad - Anthony - shared footage of the wholesome moment on his Instagram.

His accompanying caption, which included a cake emoji, read: "Class night last night."

Scores of his followers then proceeded to wish his son a happy birthday, despite it not being until next week.

Littler returns to the oche tonight to take on Lourence Ilagan in the Bahrain Darts Masters.

It will be his first match since he became the youngest-ever PDC Darts World champion earlier this month.

After he demolishes Michael van Gerwen, he told Sky Sports: "I can't believe it. Honestly. I can't believe it.

"We both played so well. I knew I needed to get off to a great start, and that's what I did.

"Michael was right behind me the whole game.

"Everyone dreams of lifting this trophy. So it is a dream come true."
