00:00My name is Simran Gupta. I am the National Chairman of the Hindu Sankrit Dal.
00:04The aim of our organization is to protect and promote Sanatan Dharma.
00:09And those who speak against Sanatan Dharma,
00:12those who promote Sanatan Dharma,
00:14should be held accountable by the law.
00:17So that they do not speak against Sanatan Dharma, Sanatan Dharma,
00:21and those who promote Sanatan Dharma.
00:26In this context, today we have given a speech to the President,
00:31to the Prime Minister, to the Home Minister,
00:34and to the Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission.
00:39In which we have argued that in 1978, in the district of Sambal in Uttar Pradesh,
00:44the 184 Hindus who were killed,
00:50in the name of Hindu-Muslim,
00:52in which some Jihadi-minded Muslims
00:58instigated Hindu-Muslim riots,
01:03and 184 people were massacred,
01:07in which some people's hands, legs, and necks were cut,
01:12and then they were burnt alive.
01:14And many mothers and sisters of our Hindu society were kidnapped
01:18and wrongly treated.
01:21In this context, we have given a speech to the President,
01:25to the Prime Minister, to the Home Minister,
01:27and to the Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission.
01:29We have demanded that this case be investigated by the CBI or NIA.
01:35That is because at that time, there was a Congress government in the state,
01:41and a secular government in the central government.
01:44Because of these secular governments,
01:47the Hindus who were massacred,
01:50were not given justice and were not punished for their crimes.
01:53So in 2010, while the government of the secular party was in Uttar Pradesh,
01:58the court closed this case,
02:02under the pressure of the state government.
02:10Because of this, we have given this speech.
02:13We have demanded that this case be investigated by the CBI or NIA.
02:20A few days ago, in November-December,
02:24there were riots in the district assembly of Uttar Pradesh.
02:28For the investigation of these riots,
02:31the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh Yadav,
02:34and the secular leader were beating their chests,
02:37who were demanding to investigate the murder of some people
02:42who were throwing stones at the police.
02:48While the same people were throwing stones at the police,
02:52some police officers were injured.
02:54In the evening, the SSP of that district assembly,
02:57Mr. Jilad Kari,
02:59gave his opinion and calmed this riot.
03:05The people who were killed in that riot,
03:09some Muslim organizations have come in support of them.
03:14We have given them a fund of 5 lakhs.
03:17In the form of help, there is Jamete Ulema-e-Hind,
03:20All India Muslim Personal Law Board,
03:23and there are many other organizations,
03:27like Devbandh,
03:29Darul Ulum,
03:33Jamaate-e-Islami,
03:36who helped these people,
03:39who threw stones at the police.
03:42I request the Indian government
03:45to investigate the audit report of all these organizations.
03:49The Income Tax Department should investigate
03:52where they got so much money from.
03:54These people take funds from foreign countries,
03:56from Gulf countries,
03:58by making our Muslims poor and helpless.
04:01They create riots in our country,
04:03whereas Jamete Ulema-e-Hind,
04:05fights the case of those who bombarded our country,
04:08who killed Hindus.
04:11But why doesn't the government investigate Jamete Ulema-e-Hind?
04:14This is a very sad thing.
04:16Today, we have given an opinion.
04:18We will give an opinion next week.
04:20After that, we will give it to Mr. Jilad Kari.
04:22Even after that,
04:24if there is no investigation of the riots of 1978,
04:27we will file a petition in the High Court.
04:30Our aim and the aim of our organization is
04:33to punish the culprits.
04:36And we will do it.
04:37Jai Shri Ram.
04:39It's done.
