03:59appeal filed by Mr. KTR was dismissed by the Supreme Court there is a difference

04:10between dismissal of the case and withdrawing of the case in this context

04:17the case was the appeal was withdrawn by Appellant Mr. KTR with a view to

04:29cooperate with the investigation which has already started the appeal was filed

04:35on 7th of January immediately after the High Court gave the decision and in the

04:42meanwhile ACB issued a notice to him to appear before them on 9th of January so

04:50he he did appear before the ACB and he was questioned for almost about seven

04:58hours
