02:02A very good morning to all.
02:04Warm greetings on Mata Pongal.
02:08This is Sandhya Shankar from Srin village
02:12You guys are watching Rajagopalaswamy Surabi Koshala
02:16Nearly, 30 cows and calves are
02:18Maintained here, in this Koshala
02:20She came first here to a koshala
02:22Goshala and her name is Lakshmi. Today morning we guys gathered here to celebrate Matu Pongal
02:27and every year it is a routine for us to celebrate every Matu Pongal morning. In the Brahma Muhurtham
02:33itself we started celebrating the Matu Pongal. We bathed the cows, we did spiritual tilakas,
02:38poochas and cow poojas and everything. Cow is a special animal. Even though a lot of animals
02:44are there in the Hindu religion, cow has a special and significant place because it is the only one
02:51animal which takes in all the bad things and gives out only the good things to humankind.
02:58Whatever toxins it takes inside it, it holds everything in its neck, in its throat region
03:03and gives you only things like milk, ghee and everything which are all good for mankind.
03:10So when you give the Agathi Kheera to the cow, the toxins in its throat is washed off. So it is
03:15considered as a Punya Kariya in Hindu religion and whenever you give Agathi Kheera, it is blessing
03:22you with lot of blessings and all the karma, karma paba and whatever sins you did and whatever
03:29ancestral doshas you have, everything is washed off. Whenever you have some confusions or whenever
03:36you have some sorts of disputes, just come and have a look at cows in the goshala and please sit
03:42here for at least 10 to 15 minutes. You will get peace of mind and clarity of thoughts.
03:47And everyone here is feeling blessed. This goshala is maintained by Mr. Satyanarayana and he is doing
03:54a wonderful job and I am feeling proud and blessed to have a chance to talk about these guys today.
