00:00A plaque for motorcycles and the removal of RFID was decided by the Bicameral Conference Committee of the Senate.

00:12Just one plaque for motorcycles.

00:15This was the agreement of the Bicameral Conference Committee up to the amendment of the Double Plaque Law.

00:21After the agreement, there is no RFID anymore.

00:23There are no more plaques in front, only in the back.

00:25We have about 9 million back down.

00:30It's better if everyone has a plaque than if two are not given.

00:35Senator J.V. Ejercito said that the LTO had a problem with RFID and the plate number is enough.

00:41LTO themselves said that there is a problem with RFID and at the same time,

00:50they said that the plate number alone is enough for the enforcers to verify the veracity and identification.

01:02The backlog of the plaque was stopped.

01:04The initial commitment was June 2025.

01:07The more realistic commitment on the part of the LTO is June 2026.

01:13In the hearing of the Senate Committee on Public Services, Senator Grace Poe has an objection to the creation of an advertisement.

01:20This is against Habal-Habal.

01:22You can make a commercial that the people who were accidented, literally,

02:21They will know that it's discounted if I tell them where to go.

02:27For example, if I tell them school, you're a student.

02:29It will be hard to get a booking.
