00:00you
00:30I think it's a very proud feeling for every veterans right veteran means somebody who
00:46has given his life he has dedicated his entire life so many years to the service of nation
00:53and while coming back also he's still working for the welfare and the growth of the nation
00:59right just to give you example while our country can sleep peacefully at home because we know
01:05our brave soldiers are safeguarding our borders right we always have that kind of feeling
01:11we can be a very strong financial power but we cannot achieve it this you know if we are
01:17not a very strong military nation also so army and the defense strong defense forces
01:23are very important for being a developed country and all these veterans who have given their
01:29life at the time while they were serving they come out and still working for the welfare
01:35of the nation right I'll give you example I was involved in three attacks during Kargil
01:41war including Tololing and three pimples area in my last attack I got badly injured and
01:50because of my disabilities and war injury I have to come out of the armed forces but
01:55does not matter a veteran can still serve the nation even if he is not in the uniform
02:02so I continue to do my duty for my nation being a motivational speaker working with
02:08a multinational company and also helping our disabled soldiers which is called the way
02:14or disabled war veterans so we are doing our duty for them so it's a very proud feeling
02:20for us on this day no great I think what he said is 100% right because if you really say
02:42somebody who joins from a civil society and being a part of army it's a transformation
02:47in his life you know while going for these attack or operational duty he knows if he
02:53take a step he may be making his own wife widow he may be making his own children orphan
03:00but he still take that step because for him the prestige of this country the honor on
03:08more important than the life itself like during Kargil war we have written our last letter
03:14to our family that even if we do not come back you know don't feel bad because our mission
03:22our purpose and our nation is more important and somebody has to make the sacrifice so
03:27these are the feelings so you know we always need to salute them you know why it is important
03:33because our next generation is looking how we treat our veterans and if we treat our
03:38veteran with honor with you know all the respect then obviously our next generation is going
03:46to join army and making this nation strong and powerful
04:03it's very important because you know it's not about war of 1971 Kargil or 65 in fact
04:23our armed forces are fighting this war day in day out because of this terrorism so Pakistan
04:28has established many training camps in POK and in the nearby area and they continuously
04:35keep sending their terrorism to keep this terrorism alive in Jammu and Kashmir and sometime
04:40you know they come to the other parts of the country so it's like a proxy war which Pakistan
04:45is doing right they have got their policy like to bleed India by 100 cuts like you know
04:50slowly slowly keep doing that so we as a strong nation we need to be very clear and we need
04:57to reply them in their own way like we did Bala
