00:30have collected the mysteries of life through their texts.

00:35And from that perspective, when we do it,

00:39they said that to go beyond consciousness,

00:42it is very difficult for an ordinary person to sit in meditation.

00:46Because your mind is very restless.

00:49So for that they said that

00:52it is difficult for an ordinary person to control his mind.

00:56What should he do for that?

00:59For that they said that to live, you have to give your life to it.

01:04So for life, they said that through the practice of pranayama,

01:09you have to place your life in meditation with the movements of your mind.

01:30And this has been known to people in different ways of meditation.

01:40Mahavir Goraknathji called it Ajapa Chapa.

01:45Mahatma Buddha did the work of moving it forward as another practice.

01:53Different sages and saints did the work of defining it in different names

01:59and reaching the ultimate perfection of life.

02:04Whether it is Japa Chapa or Vipassana,

02:09it is an important medium to achieve that unconscious and unconscious mind.

02:19A seeker who has reached a high level can give it to you.
