00:00I've just woken up after having the first night's sleep that I've had in quite a few nights,

00:05obviously because of the fires in California where I live. I'm here in London working,

00:12feeling pretty helpless and all I can really do from here is share the resources of everybody

00:20that is working tirelessly to help and give whatever people need. If you read my last post

00:27actually it explains how I feel about this and my experience with it but all I can really offer

00:36honestly is to say that, oh god, I hope it just doesn't sound like something unattainable for

00:45people at the moment but honestly just meditation if you can find a few seconds to breathe as deeply

00:55as possible understand that what is gone is gone what is the future is just a dream it's not real

01:04what we all have no matter what circumstances that we are going through

01:09is all we have right now is this time like right now now we only have this present moment you know

01:17and if you are breathing if you are alive if you are with your family if you're able to help
