અમૃત પ્રજાપતીએ આસારામના આશ્રમમાં 10 વર્ષ સુધી વૈદ્ય તરીકે પણ સેવા આપી હતી. આસારામ કેસમાં તેણે  પોલીસને સપોર્ટ કરતા પોતાના નિવેદન આપ્યા હતા.
