00:00We've been hearing nothing but negatives, you know, the most snow in 30 years on the
00:19mountain and heard about this big avalanche that already wiped out one team's camp and
00:24already sent a K2 team home and we've heard about missing climbers on another mountain
00:29just two days away from us, the cooks are telling us like bad season, bad season, not
00:33the year to go, no go, no go.
00:44I think in these trips most of the time you are really close to death and you really face
00:52the death.
00:53This is the spot where you just go as fast as you can, hope it's not your day, it's not
01:01my day, it's going to be alright.
01:04This year we have more people trying to climb K2, we will have more traffic jams and that
01:12is a dangerous thing.
01:14I'm afraid the wind might have frostbitten my cornea so I can't see out of one eye.
01:21If someone had offered me a helicopter I would have taken it in an instant and gone
01:24home.
01:25You can tell I'm hypoxic, I can't think of what to say.
01:48I feel like I want to go until the mountain tells me I can't go anymore.
