01:31My good friend Jiten Prasad, Honorable Minister, Rajesh Agarwal, Additional
01:38Secretary, Mr. Pritpal from the Ministry of Food Processing and of course the
01:48star of the show Mohit Singh today. Wonderful to have all of you with us at
01:56such short notice. Great to meet all the wonderful chefs. Thanks to all of you. We
02:04are putting on a lot of weight and much as I like food I think you'll have to
02:10now devise some very tasty recipes which don't show up as flab on the stomach. But
02:17great to have all of you in India, all of you representing your wonderful
02:22countries. Thank you very much to all the participants from across over a
02:29hundred and twenty-three countries who have joined at this very prestigious
02:35event and I'd like to place on record our sincerest appreciation for Indus Food
02:43and the Ministry of Food Processing for having curated this entire experience
02:51that each one of us over the last three days has been a part of. In fact if you
03:01if there's one language that the whole world speaks fluently I think it's food
03:08and it is never difficult despite language barriers, despite different
03:13cultures, different cuisines, not at all difficult to enjoy each other's food,
03:20enjoy each other's offerings, understand what is on the table and this is one
03:28language that India speaks very fluently and in many dialects. We all of us in
03:36India love food, all of us in India love the variety of different recipes that
03:41are available literally in every part of the country and I think the success of
03:49this edition which I believe is Asia's largest food and beverage trade fair is
03:58truly a matter of great satisfaction for all of us in the government of India. I'd
04:05like to place on record my appreciation also for Abhishek Dey of APEDA who's
04:12leading our international exposure and effort to grow the India story worldwide.
04:20Last year we did about 50 billion dollars of exports from India and APEDA
04:28which looks after agriculture and MPEDA which looks after marine. Both of them
04:34have played a very important role in making this happen but then just like
04:39the stomach is hungry for more, the commerce ministry or any country is
04:44hungry for greater achievements and I do hope to see a three-digit mark, a
04:51hundred billion dollar mark in our food, beverages and marine product, agri and
04:57marine product exports in the
