ਮਾਨਸਾ: ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਸਤਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿਤਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲੇ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 7 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ 17 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਜਰੀਏ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਜੱਗੂ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਸਮੇਤ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਜਰੀਏ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
