गिरिडीह ओपेनकास्ट से कोयला का उत्पादन को हरी झांडी, बस एक आदेश का इंतेजार, जानें मंत्री ने क्या कहा!

गिरिडीह ओपेनकास्ट से कोयला का उत्पादन जल्द ही शुरु होने वाला है. इसको लेकर मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने कई जानकारी दी है.

00:00We have been trying to start the Opencast for the last three months.

00:09We had a meeting in a district, where I was a part of.

00:14There was also Mr. Gandhe, the MLA, Ms. Kalpana Varma, Mr. Sorenji.

00:18All the district administrative officials, including DC, AC, DFO, CCL,

00:28we all agreed that the Opencast should be stopped due to technical issues.

00:40The Honourable Supreme Court's guideline was that

00:45if any forest, be it deemed forest or J&J,

00:51is broken before 1980, then the Forest Conservation Act, FCA, is not attached to it.

01:00CCL provided us with all the official documents from before 1980,

01:07on which the DFO was satisfied that the production of the Opencast had begun before 1980.

01:14That is, the land was broken before 1980.

01:18On the basis of this report, the Opencast was given environmental clearance.

01:26Now, we need two more certifications.

01:33One is CTE, Consent to Establish, and the other is CTO, Consent to Operate.

01:40So, we are hoping that by the month of February,

01:44we will open coconuts in the Opencast, so that production can begin.

01:49I hope that all the villagers living in the vicinity of the Opencast will get employment opportunities,

01:56and that the Central Industry will flourish, and that all the people of Girdhi will benefit from it.
