00:00Adam, here at Robben Park Arena, you've returned for pre-season training, how has it been the last couple of days?
00:05It's been good. Cold, obviously, but it's been really cool.
00:09I've done my training back home in Oz pre-Christmas, but it's always good to get back around a team environment
00:15and get amongst the boys and do things that you can't do when you're on your own, so it's been good.
00:19Matt Peat, head coach, he said it's about that trust of the overseas players going home, enjoying that family time,
00:25but knowing that they'll come back physically fit and ready to rip right in.
00:29Yeah, that's right. We get sent programs when we're over there and ultimately it's up to us to do it.
00:35I think all the boys have done it and they've all come back in pretty good shape,
00:39so hopefully we keep that trust and we can keep doing that and get to spend more time with family and things over Christmas.
00:45It works out, it works in both ways. We come back in a better mindset and refreshed
00:51and I think that pays dividends on the field as well, so it's good.
