00:00There is an Amavasya of Magha.
00:02On this day of Amavasya, if the Sun, Moon and Cuckoo are in the sign of Makar and
00:07Jupiter is in the sign of Vrish, then Kumbh Yoga will be formed.
00:12So that Amavasya is only for one day.
00:14There is a special time for that as well.
00:17But the effect of that is,
00:19because it goes on for 15 days before and 15 days after,
00:23so for a whole month,
00:25it is considered as Kumbh Parvah.
00:29So within that one month, people perform the Kumbh Yoga.
00:34In the Shastras, it is also said that
00:36when the Sun is in the sign of Makar in Magha,
00:39then the day of the Gods begins.
00:42Actually, the significance of Kumbh of Prayag also increases because
00:46the calculation of the time of Gods and humans
00:51has a difference that when one year is completed,
00:54then one day of the Gods is completed.
00:56So in such a situation,
00:58as you see today's clock,
01:00when one minute is completed,
01:02then one hour is completed.
01:06It goes a little further.
01:08So in the same way, this calculation of time has been accepted by us.
01:12So when the Sun is in the sign of Makar,
01:15then the day of the Gods begins.
01:17Then they come to take bath.
01:20So it is believed that the Gods,
01:22to make themselves pure and ready for the work of the Gods,
01:26from the heavenly worlds,
01:28there are different worlds, different Gods,
01:30from those worlds,
01:32when the Sun is in the sign of Makar,
01:34they come to Prayag Raj and take bath here.
01:37So the time when the Gods, Danuj, Kinnar, Nar,
01:40all these come together,
01:42at that time, we will also take bath with them.
01:45So we will get the result of taking bath with the Gods.
01:48So, by thinking like this,
01:50we also reach there.
01:52That is why the Kumbh is so special here.
01:55So this is their dawn.
01:57It is morning.
01:59At this time, they are taking bath.
02:01There are different Yonis of the Gods.
02:03All the Yonis of the Gods will come and take bath here.
02:07So there is also a desire to take bath with them.
02:10Another thing is that these Gods,
02:13the three main Gods, Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh,
02:18are worshipped here.
02:20So the day of Brahma Ji is even more special,
02:24more special than the day of the Gods.
02:27So you can say that the day of Brahma Ji is called Kalpa.
02:31And the day of Brahma Ji means,
02:33for example, our day will be one day,
02:36then the next day,
02:38and when there are 365 days like this,
02:41then it will be one day for the Gods.
02:43Then when there are 365 days like this,
02:45then it will be one day for the Gods.
02:47Then when there are 365 days like this,
02:49then it will be one day for the Gods.
02:51So, according to our calculation,
02:54our day is 4,32,000 years old.
02:59When this happens,
03:01then we have a period.
03:03And this period is called the Kali Yuga.
03:08Its double is 8,64,000 years old.
03:13Its triple is 17,00,000 years old.
03:17And its quadruple is 36,00,000 years old.
03:20This is called the Satyuga.
03:23Then a Chatur Yuga takes place.
03:26When a Chatur Yuga takes place 1,000 times,
03:29then Brahma Ji has one day.
03:32That one day is called Kalpa,
03:34that Brahma Ji has one Kalpa.
03:37So, if someone does penance till one Kalpa,
03:41then he gets the result.
03:43So, this month of Magha,
03:46in this month,
03:48those who go to Prayagraj,
03:50following the rules,
03:52i.e. waking up in the morning at Brahma Muhurta,
03:54doing Bhoomi Sain,
03:56eating once a day,
03:58bathing three times in the Ganges,
04:00not speaking untruth,
04:02following Brahmacharya,
04:04following the rules of the sanyasis,
04:06following these rules,
04:08even the householders stay there.
04:10Although they are not able to become sanyasis,
04:12they are not able to get the spiritual pleasure,
04:14but if they become sanyasis for a month,
04:16then they go for a month
04:18and live a sanyasi life for a month.
04:21But that one month,
04:23which is spent here in the human world,
04:25is equal to one Kalpa of Brahma Ji.
04:28So, one gets as much merit
04:30as if one does penance till one Kalpa.
04:32So, people think that
04:34there can be no better short-cut than this.
04:36If we follow the rules for one month,
04:38then we will get the result of penance for one Kalpa.
04:41So, lakhs of people reach Prayag,
04:44every year,
04:46and stay there for a month,
04:48following the rules of the Ganges,
04:50bathing in the Ganges,
04:52doing satsang.
04:54It is a great pleasure.
04:56Those who are enjoying the worldly pleasures,
04:58like eating,
05:00sleeping,
05:02they should also stay there
05:04following the rules for a month.
05:06What happens with this?
05:08They will come to know
05:10that the pleasure of the sanyasis
05:12is greater than the pleasure of us.
05:14And those who do penance there,
05:16they come to know
05:18that it is greater than the pleasure of us.
05:20Why?
05:22Because the pleasure of us
05:24gives us pleasure till the time
05:26we enjoy it.
05:28The pleasure of us gives us pleasure
05:30till the time we enjoy it.
05:32So, this is the result of the
05:34superiority of the spiritual pleasure.
