00:00Malacanang answered the question of the former presidential spokesperson, Atty. Harry Roque and former presidential advisor, Atty. Salvador Panelo

00:11regarding the following plan of the Marcos administration to declare martial law

00:16and to kick out Duterte as a member of the National Security Council.

00:26If you always think about it, that's malicious. Mr. Harry Roque is really malicious.

00:33This is the statement of Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin

00:36against the statement of the former Malacanang spokesperson, Atty. Harry Roque.

00:40Roque said that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. had a plan to declare martial law

00:47and to kick out Vice President Sara Duterte

00:50and former President Rodrigo Duterte as a member of the National Security Council.

00:56On December 30, the Executive Order ordered the reorganization of the NSC.

01:02If they want to speed up the downfall of the administration of Marcos Jr., they will declare martial law.

01:13According to Malacanang, there is no plan to declare martial law to President Marcos

01:18or to extend his term.

01:20The priority of the President is only to revive the nation and the well-being of the Filipinos.

01:27What he has in mind is the economic prosperity of the country,

01:32the health and welfare of the people, especially those of the lower classes,

01:39and the prioritization of his legacy projects.

01:43The former Presidential Advisor, Atty. Salvador Panelo, also filed a lawsuit

01:49after the so-called dirty politics of Duterte's assault on the NSC.

01:55Panelo, during his time as Presidential Advisor, advocated the exclusion of then Vice President Leonel Robledo.

02:08He has no moral authority to question the decision of the President.

02:14The NSC is an advisory council.

02:16That is why President Marcos has the right to choose the member he trusts.
